Documents saved in the cloud by using storage from OneDrive for Business can be viewed and updated from just about anywhere. If your organization uses OneDrive for Business with their Office 365 for business subscription, download the OneDrive App mobile app and set it up with your work account.

Set up OneDrive for Business to work with your work account
You can now add OneDrive for Business accounts to the OneDrive app for iOS.
To add a OneDrive for Business account, open the OneDrive app, tap Menu at the top of the screen, then tap Add OneDrive for Business.
On the sign-in screen, enter the email address and password you use for your company, school, or other organization.
You now have access to all the files you saved in OneDrive for Business.
Use the OneDrive app to open your documents
Open files - Tap any document to open it. You can only view documents using the OneDrive for Business app. If you want to edit a Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or OneNote file from your iPhone or iPad, you need to Install and set up Office on an iPhone or iPad.
Share files - Tap the file you want to share. When the file opens, tap Share .
