OneDrive for Business on your Android phone or tablet

Documents saved in the cloud using OneDrive for Business can be viewed and updated from just about anywhere. If your organization uses OneDrive for Business with their Office 365 for business subscription, download the OneDrive for Business mobile app and set it up with your work account.

Set up the OneDrive app

Install and set up OneDrive to use your work or school account
  1. If you don't have OneDrive installed, download it from the Google Play Store.

  2. Open the app and tap Sign in. Add your work or school account, and then tap Sign in.

  3. Swipe the account list to see all the files you saved in OneDrive for Business.

  1. Tap any document to open it.

  2. You can only view documents by using the OneDrive app. If you want to edit a Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or OneNote file from your Android phone, you need to install and set up the Office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote to your Android phone or tablet. Add photos or videos
  1. Choose where you want to upload the pictures to.

  2. Tap Upload Upload button, and then tap Upload photos and videos.
